Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Magicadora. We sell digital products (printable coloring books and coloring pages). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital products – all sales are generally final

Because our products are digital downloads, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

When you complete your order, you gain instant access to the digital files. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product

  • Purchasing the wrong item or not reading the description

  • Not having the right software/device/printer to use or open the files

  • Printing issues related to your printer, ink, paper, or local print shop

Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully and check what’s included before purchasing.

2. Exceptions – when we may offer a refund or replacement

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In certain situations, we may offer a refund, replacement file, or store credit at our discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product by mistake

  • Technical issues on our side, such as corrupted files or missing pages

  • Inability to access the download due to an error with our system (and we’re unable to fix it)

  • Wrong file sent by us (you received a different product than the one you ordered)

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots if helpful (for technical problems)

3. Chargebacks & disputes

If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@Magicadora.com so we can try to resolve it.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay or complicate the resolution process. We keep records of all orders and downloads to help clarify any misunderstandings with payment providers.

4. Unauthorized use

If we suspect abuse of our files (such as unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distributing our designs), we reserve the right to deny refunds and may take further action to protect our intellectual property.
