Welcome to Magicadora. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website magicadora.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of our products (including digital downloads such as printable coloring books).

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.

Magicadora operates an online store offering digital products (printable coloring books and related files) for personal use.

2. Eligibility & use of the Site

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

Magicadora sells digital products only, such as:

When you purchase from us:

  • You are purchasing a digital file, not a physical product.

  • No physical item will be shipped.

  • You will receive access to download your files via email or your account (if applicable).

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary devices, software, and internet connection to download, open, and print the files.

4. Account registration

You may be able to create an account on the Site. If you choose to do so:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If we suspect that your account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a fraudulent manner, we may suspend or terminate your account.

5. Orders, pricing & payments

a) Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted.

b) Orders

By placing an order, you:

  • Agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount of your order to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or technical errors).

  • Limit the quantity of items purchased per customer.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund via the original payment method where applicable.

c) Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). We do not store your full credit card details on our systems.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Delivery of digital products

After your order is successfully completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation and a download link to access your digital files (either on the confirmation page, via email, or within your account).

  • In most cases, delivery is instant, but occasional delays may occur due to technical issues.

If you do not receive your download link:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct.

  • Contact us at contact@Magicadora.com with your order details and we will assist you.

Because the products are digital, no physical item will be shipped.

7. License & permitted use (personal use only)

When you purchase a digital product from Magicadora, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal use only, subject to these Terms.

You MAY:

  • Download the files for your personal use.

  • Print the designs for yourself, your children, or your household.

  • Use the designs for non-commercial classroom activities (e.g., teachers using pages with students), unless otherwise restricted in specific product descriptions.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, distribute, or gift the digital files to others.

  • Upload the files to file-sharing sites, social media, or any platform where others can download them.

  • Claim the designs as your own or remove any copyright notices, logos, or branding where present.

  • Use the designs in products you sell (physical or digital), unless you have obtained a separate commercial license from us in writing.

Any use beyond personal use without our explicit written permission is a violation of our intellectual property rights and these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Designs, illustrations, and artwork

  • Product descriptions and text

  • Logos, branding, and graphics

  • Website layout and overall design

is the property of Magicadora or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, download (except as allowed for purchased digital products), modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written consent.

9. Refunds & returns

Because our products are digital downloads, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

However, if you experience technical problems with a file or receive a damaged/corrupted download, please contact us at contact@Magicadora.com and we will make reasonable efforts to help (for example, by re-sending the file or providing an alternative link).
