Shipping policy

Magicadora sells digital products only (printable coloring books and coloring pages). No physical items are shipped.
1. No physical shipping

All products available on magicadora.com are digital downloads.

You will not receive any physical product in the mail.

Shipping fees do not apply to our digital products.
If we ever offer physical products in the future, this policy will be updated to include shipping details.
2. How digital delivery works
After your payment is successfully processed:

You will see an order confirmation page with download instructions (if supported by our system).

You will receive an email at the address you provided during checkout containing:

Order confirmation

Download link(s) for your digital product(s)

In most cases, your files are available immediately after purchase.
3. If you don’t receive your download
If you don’t receive your download email within a few minutes:

Check your spam/junk folder or “Promotions” tab (for Gmail).

Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.

If you paid with PayPal, check the email associated with your PayPal account.
If you still cannot find your email or access your files, please contact us with:

Your full name

Order number (if available)

Email used for the order

We will resend the download link or help you access your files as soon as possible.
4. Download access & responsibility

Please download and save your files as soon as possible after purchase.

We recommend backing up your files on your computer, cloud storage, or external drive.

While we do our best to maintain access, we cannot guarantee permanent hosting of all download links indefinitely (for example, if we update products or change platforms).
If you lose your files later, you can contact us, and we’ll try to help if we can verify your purchase. However, we cannot guarantee re-sending files in every case.
5. File format & compatibility
Our products are typically provided in formats such as PDF (and sometimes PNG, JPG, or ZIP, depending on the product). It is your responsibility to:

Ensure you have the necessary software to open and view the files (e.g., Adobe Reader for PDFs)

Ensure your device and printer are compatible with the file formats

Use appropriate paper and printer settings for best results
We are not responsible for printing quality issues caused by your printer, ink, paper, or local print shop.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout based on your location and current tax regulations. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site.
